Shipping policy

FREE DELIVERY over $59 applies to Melbourne Metro Areas and a flat rate of $5 for orders under $59.

FREE SHIPPING for any orders within Australia over 99 and a flat rate of $10 for orders under $99

 

All orders are despatched from our Melbourne warehouse via Australia Post,  Sendle or similar Courier service. You will receive an email notification with tracking information ponce your items have been shipped.

 

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 business days.

For standard deliveries, unfortunately once the item leaves our warehouse we have no control of where it is, neither can we trace back to get more detailed information on top of what is provided with their website.
